* First Year Total = One-Time Charges + Term 1 + Term 2 + Imprest. Subsequent years exclude one-time charges. Imprest billed on actual usage.
The imprest amount covers the following expenses (billed on actual). Students must maintain a minimum balance of ₹ 5,000 at all times.
Term 1 due by 10th April. Term 2 due by 10th August. Fees paid through School ERP App only.
Rs. 100/day fine from due date. If outstanding exceeds 30 days, student removed from School Roll.
90 days written notice required. Failing which, 3 months' fees will be charged.
Non-interest bearing, refundable upon leaving after clearance of all dues (within 30 days).
• Fees charged for 12 calendar months (April - March) irrespective of date of admission.
• Rs 1,000 fine for dishonoured cheques; only online transfers/cash accepted thereafter.
• Basic in-house medical expenses included. External hospital/doctor expenses borne by parents.
• Minimum imprest balance of ₹ 5,000 must be maintained at all times.
• Alumni Member & TC charge of Rs. 500 each at the time of withdrawal.
• School reserves the right to review fees periodically.
• All disputes subject to courts in Dehradun district.
